Job Responsibilities:
Facility Operations & Maintenance: Manage the daily operations and maintenance of factory utilities, including HVAC, mechanical/electrical systems, plumbing, compressed air, and environmental systems to ensure smooth and continuous production.
Troubleshooting & Repairs: Identify equipment issues and carry out emergency repairs to minimize operational downtime.
Preventive Maintenance & Inspections: Plan and implement preventive maintenance schedules, perform routine inspections, and prepare maintenance documentation/manuals.
