Key Accountabilities


+ Manage the daily facility-related operations of plan, including managing facility-related contracted services, building repair and maintenance, etc.

+ Develop the facility maintenance plan, implement regular facility maintenance work on building, infrastructure, as well as utilities

+ Manage the development of new facility, preparing relevant documents, monitoring the construction progress and managing the communications with government agencies to make sure that the facility obtains all required approval and license to operate

+ Experience of new workshop building construction and office renovation in the past

+ Communication with local authorities such as gas, water and electricity to handle related affairs in a proper way

+ In charge of utility system operation and maintenance includes HV & LV electrical system, HVAC system, CDA system, cool water system etc. related to utilities.
