PakWheels Pvt Ltd is expanding its Service Center network in Islamabad and is looking for a motivated and energetic Facility Expansion / Site Acquisition Officer (Contract-Based) to support the expansion team in identifying, evaluating, and developing suitable locations for new service centers. This is a contract-based role that offers hands‑on exposure to site acquisition, market surveys, landlord coordination, and facility development activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying and surveying potential sites for new service centers across Islamabad/Rawalpindi.
• Conduct market research and field visits to collect location and competitor data.
• Maintain and update the database of potential sites, landlords, and real estate agents.
