**Facilities Maintenance Lead Wanted**

**Location:** Monterey Park, CA
Monday- Friday 6am- 3pm
$35-$40 an hour DOE

**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced **Facilities Maintenance Lead** to support daily operations at our manufacturing facility in Monterey Park. This hands-on role is responsible for maintaining building systems, coordinating preventative maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, overseeing contractors, and providing day-to-day leadership to the maintenance team. The ideal candidate is proactive, safety-focused, and experienced in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
