**Job Description Summary**
The Facility & Maintenance Manager is responsible for ensuring the operational excellence, safety, and reliability of plant equipment, infrastructure, and facilities. This role oversees the maintenance strategy to support business objectives while managing the SDC Building, including seat leasing operations and day-to-day facility management.
