Summary
The Facility Maintenance Repair I position is responsible for performing hands-on maintenance and repair activities to support safe, compliant, and efficient facility operations. This role performs preventive maintenance, equipment repairs, troubleshooting, installations, and general facility upkeep while ensuring compliance with all Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical aptitude and experience working with industrial equipment, pumps, electrical systems, plumbing, and general maintenance operations.

Responsibilities

+ Perform maintenance activities including, but not limited to, pump rebuilds, preventive maintenance, basic pipe installations, and electrical work.
+ Perform repairs and upkeep involving welding, electrical systems, pipe fitting, plumbing, HVAC systems, boilers, and mechanical equipment.
