Significant practical experience within a Biological Services Facility, including animal breeding, husbandry, anaesthesia, euthanasia, and regulated procedures. 3. Demonstrate ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively under pressure in a busy, demanding operational environment. 4. Proven experience in training, supervising, and supporting technical and junior staff, with a commitment to maintaining high professional standards. 5.
