Summary You will serve as a FACILITIES OPERATIONS SPECIALIST in the LOGISTICS AND SUPPLY DEPARTMENT of NAVOBSERV. Responsibilities You will be the Building Manager and as such oversee safety, physical security, contracts and perform administrative functions. You will prioritize maintenance, repair, energy, utility, and construction projects of varying size. You will provide technical input into special projects and contracts packages for the acquisition of services and equipment. You will provide facility/building system information in support of space allocation, relocation, and modification decision making.
