Description

As a IT/OT Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the IT and OT landscape at our Hitachi Energy sites. You ensure smooth operations for both office IT and shop‑floor OT systems, especially those not supported by Global OSS teams. You act as the first responder for IT/OT cybersecurity events and help protect critical factory assets.

You will work close to end users, factory teams, vendors, and global cybersecurity experts. Your focus will be on resolving issues quickly, keeping systems secure, and enabling the factory to operate without disruption.

This is a hands-on role where you troubleshoot, execute on-site support, and contribute to a secure and resilient production environment. You help keep our manufacturing operations safe, stable, and digitally connected.
