Position Overview

            Responsibilities  Familiar on cabinet, meeting table, featurewall and counter fabrication 
To lead a group of carpenter(20pax) to fabricate customise furniture (offices) 
Procurement of material for example plywood and hardwear 
Strong detailing knowledge 
Strong knowledge to explain the detail drawing or works to the employees 
Ensure production meet targets according to schedule and quality standards set by the Company 
Sets a positive example for employees and provide leadership and motivate them to achieve objectives and goals 
Reviewing the overall performance and identifying training needs of workers 
Any other duties as assigned by the Management 
 Requirements  3 years of related experience in leading and managing a team 
Good knowlege of carpentry skills 
Skillful with wood working machineries router, planner, sanding machine, edge bending, post ...
