We're looking for a dynamic Factory Manager to lead our Navan site. The primary objective of this role is to manage the manufacturing facility across all operational departments and meet the needs of our customers daily. The Factory Manager reports to the Operations & Engineering Manager for IRL & UK and is responsible for all day-to-day site-based activities ranging from Environmental Health & Safety, Quality Control, Production, Warehousing, Technical Processing and Maintenance. The Factory Manager must lead by example, strive for results, challenge the status quo, improve best practice, and coach multi-disciplined teams. #insulationUK
