Position Overview

             Key Responsibilities: 
 Manage daily factory operations to ensure production targets are achieved.  
 Ensure the production is High and order  
 Manage staff to ensure production is at its highest.  
 Lead and supervise production, maintenance, and operational teams.  
 Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.  
 Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.  
 Monitor quality standards and ensure products meet customer specifications.  
 Minimum Requirements:  
 Matric certificates  
 Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience working with Aluminium.  
 Has knowledge of the designing of doors and windows.  
 Strong leadership and people management skills.  
 Proven experience in a manufacturing environment.  
 Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
