Key Responsibilities:

Production Oversight:

• Supervise daily production activities on the factory floor to ensure smooth and timely operations
  

• Assign tasks to machine operators technicians and laborers and ensure adherence to schedules
  

• Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot minor issues with technical teams
  

• Ensure optimal utilization of manpower machines and materials
  

Quality Control & Compliance:

• Monitor production quality and ensure all output meets company standards and customer requirements
  

• Enforce adherence to ISO safety and factory compliance standards
  

• Work closely with the Quality Control team to resolve any defects or process issues
