Description

Performance Objectives:

• Oversees the development of the Broking community to an ascribed standard of technical competency

• Provides direction and leadership to the community of brokers within the geography across all lines of business

• Ensures global Broking data strategy is consistently implemented by the Broking community within the geography

• Manages and develops the Broking leadership team in the geography within the matrix organisation

• Escalation point for all Carrier issues including escalation management of placement or claims within geography working with Line of Business Broking Leadership

• Leads the Carrier Management team to enable the execution of Geographic and Regional line of business Broking strategies
