Job Description
- Mainly responsible for customer 0-km/field claim analysis
- Analysis the claimed ECU from customer, find the root cause
- Prepare the analysis report and provide to relevant people
- New process introduce for warranty analysis
- - Understand product function and circuits diagram
- - Understand the product test specification
- - Create warranty analysis process document and related working instruction
- - Analysis equipment setup for new project
- IQIS input for failure analysis information
- Support customer quality engineer solve customer complain problem
- Other tasks which is assigned by Quality Section Manager/Supervisor
Qualifications
Bachelor in Electronic
3 + years working experience in electronic analysis
Familiar with circuit diagram analysis,Know very well about some electronic components
