Reporting to the Technical Product Manager, the Technical Lead will:
Determine root cause of component failure through the Failure Analysis processPrepare technical reports supporting root cause determinationDrive reliability initiatives through the review and analysis of component & piece part failure dataAssist in the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other technical documentation that supports the OEM remanufacturing processLead or participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives to improve worker safety, manufacturing efficiency, quality, and overall marginsObserve and document component condition upon disassembly, researching component history, analyzing individual piece parts and relating this information to the function and operation of the componentsPreserve, secure and store warranty parts to support analysis and warranty claimsPreserve, secure and ...
