Rabobank New Zealand is seeking an experienced compliance leader to join as Manager, Fair Conduct & TCF Compliance. You will lead the ongoing enhancement of the Fair Conduct Programme and conduct risk framework, working in the second line to provide trusted advice and strategic oversight.

This role collaborates across NZ, Australia, and Rabobank Group, guiding regulatory reporting, licensing obligations, and interactions with FMA.
