We’re looking for passionate, skilled and compassionate practitioners to join our Family Help service as Lead Practitioners in our Children with Disabilities Service.

This is a role for people who want more than just a job, people who are committed to building meaningful relationships, working alongside families, and making a lasting difference to children and young people, including those with additional needs and disabilities.
