THE ROLE:
This exciting new role will have you joining and supporting a dynamic family law team as an experienced Lawyer/Solicitor. You will oversee a range of responsibilities from start to finish, including but not limited to:

Attending Alternative Dispute Resolution sessions

Instructing and working closely with Counsel

Managing Property Settlements

Drafting legal documents such as agreements, affidavits, and court submissions

Conducting legal research and staying updated on relevant laws and precedents
