Responsibilities - Handle a wide range of family law cases including divorce, custody, maintenance, matrimonial assets, family violence, adoption, and succession planning.
- Conduct client consultations, provide clear and practical legal advice, and develop case strategies.
- Draft, review, and file court documents including pleadings, affidavits, and submissions.
- Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and negotiations before the Family Justice Courts.
- Collaborate with colleagues across practice areas to provide comprehensive advice where family law intersects with other areas.
Requirements - Singapore-qualified lawyer with a valid Practicing Certificate.
