Seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Family Medicine physician to join a well-established outpatient practice in Central Washington First-year salary range of approximately $296,412–$320,446, commensurate with training and experience; RVU-based compensation begins in year two Consistent schedule of four 10-hour shifts per week Outpatient-only responsibilities with shared 1:6 call rotation supported by nurse triage General procedures include sutures, mole removals, skin biopsies, toenail removal, and some women’s health services Pediatric care is a significant part of the practice Average patient volume is 20–25 per shift Multiple positions available within the health system; providers with interest in Obstetrics are encouraged to apply
