Located off I-540 in Knightdale, our team is committed to providing you and your family with comprehensive care in a comfortable, friendly environment. We believe in creating a health partnership with our patients, using education and resources.

**Services:**

+ Diabetes education
+ Family medicine
+ Illness care
+ Immunizations for patients 18 and older
+ In-office procedures
+ Management of chronic health conditions
+ Nutrition counseling
+ Physicals
+ Management of Substance Use Disorder and Medications for Opioid Use Disorder (MOUD)
+ Women’s health

**Clinic Hours:**

+ Monday 7:00am – 5:00pm
+ Tuesday – Thursday 7:00am – 6:00pm
+ Friday 7:00am – 4:00pm
