The Department of Family Medicine at Mayo Clinic Health System - Franciscan Healthcare in Sparta, WI is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our practice.

A Family Medicine Physician is needed to join the department at the Sparta Campus (Clinic and Hospital). This dynamic practice is known for its innovation and commitment to continuous improvements in primary care. The practice includes outpatient/inpatient services. Inpatient work uses a hospital rounding model shared equally among the family physicians 1:6. When in hospital rounding, the family physicians provide 1 week coverage of the inpatient unit and ED back-up for admissions. The ED is staffed 24/7 by Mayo Clinic Health System Emergency Medicine Physicians.
