**About this role:**

As a Faculty Physician in Family Medicine, you will work with 11 other well-established Faculty Physicians committed to teaching and providing quality care and excellent patient experience.  In this role you will collaborate with nurses, medical assistants, a nurse practitioner, care coordinators and integrated behavioral health providers.

+ This position includes a $15,000 sign-on bonus, up to $10,000 in relocationassistance, and $50,000 in student loan repayment when applicable
