Family Ministries Director

Position: Fulltime, Salaried

Reports to: Dr. Jonathan Beck

Summary:

The Family Ministries Director has the exciting job of leading Children, Youth, and their Families to connect with God, grow together, serve the world, and lead people to the Lord in the name of Jesus Christ. The Director’s responsibility is to build and sustain a ministry that attracts and disciples children, youth, and families. The Director is tasked to recruit, equip, and coordinate a volunteer team to minister to children, youth and their families through Sunday School, small groups, retreats, and service. The ministry is presently touching - children and youth per week with plenty of potential for growth.
