THE ROLE

Win's Innovative Programs Department is seeking a compassionate and resourceful Family Navigator to support immigrant, asylum-seeking, and migrant families through the LEAD Program. In this role, you will help families navigate complex systems, access critical resources, connect with legal services, and build stability as they establish roots in New York City.
WHAT YOU WILL DO


+ Guide immigrant families through immigration-related processes and connect them to available benefits and resources

+ Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to identify service needs and develop individualized service plans
