**Family Nurse Practitioner**

**Location** : TX-FORT WORTH, 1650 W ROSEDALE ST, STE 220

**Clinic Hours:** Monday – Friday; 8am – 6pm

**Schedule:** Full - Time

**On-site:** This role requires associates to work from the posted location full time, enabling consistent face-to-face collaboration, teamwork, and direct engagement. This policy promotes an environment built on in-person interaction, communication, and immediate support.
