This facility is seeking a Family or Internal Medicine Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-4:30p with a 30-minute lunch

Job Setting: Care Facility

Types of Cases: Standard Primary Care

Credentialing Timeframe: Under 30days

Board Certification in Family or Internal Medicine required

Active Illinois state license required

Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) certification required
