As a Family Physician in North Battleford you will be practicing in the North West Area of the Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA), which covers a large and geographically diverse area in the northwest part of central Saskatchewan. Economically, the SHA North West Area is a vibrant and growing region with key industries such as agriculture, oil and gas, forestry, tourism and recreation. Approximately 19,000 people live in The Battlefords, with a larger catchment area in the neighboring towns, villages and First Nations communities.
