Work Dates Needed: 7/1/2026-12/11/2026

Preferred Schedule: 8a-430p (30 minutes lunch), Monday-Friday. No weekends or holidays

Worksite Setting: Outpatient Clinic / Health Clinic

Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active NV license, NV CDS, BLS and DEA. Must have Primary Care and Occ Health experience. Epic experience a huge plus

EMR: EPIC

Pay Rate Preferred: $115-$125 per hour
