• ASAP start date for 6 month - 1 year
• BC Family Medicine
• Active CA license and DEA
• Full time in clinic, 8a-5p
• 100% outpatient
• Acute and chronic care management
• Must be able to see adults
• Approx. 16-20 ppd.
• EMR used is Cerner
