- Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-430pm with occasional prescheduled weekend day or weekday evening for community based events
- Job Setting: Mobile Care Clinic
- Types of Cases: Basic health screenings, Vaccinations, Physicals, Short term chronic disease management, Navigation of substance use disorder resources, Point of Care testing (rapid strep, UA, urine pregnancy, Hemoglobin, Hemoglobin A1c)
Minimum Requirements
- Board Certified
- Certifications: DEA, BLS
- Licensure: Active California license required
