Columbia Primary Care is a collegial group of six Primary Care Providers sharing a spacious clinic in downtown Trail. The practice offers a mix of patients, and the clinic providers support each other in taking up to 8 weeks off per year for holidays and CPD.

Our office offers a friendly and efficient environment with support from our experienced MOAs and Registered Nurse, and in-clinic access to Primary Care Network resources including Social Worker and Primary Care RN.
