Hours of work: 09:00am – 5:30pm

We have an exciting opportunity for a *qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or experienced Paralegal* to build on their expertise and make a real difference in the lives of our clients. This role will be based at our Hereford office.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Representing and advising clients in a variety of family matters, not limited to but, including contentious cases concerning divorce and domestic violence, but also oversee family estates and offer advice on areas such as child contact and adoption;
* The successful Applicant will be expected to represent parties in care proceedings, for example, on behalf of the parent or children;
* Working closely with other members of the team, including but not limited to the Managing Director, as well as paralegals, secretaries, and other support staff;
