Availability to work flexible hours up to 40 hours per week.
Summary of the Position: Family Support Specialist is to deliver quality community-based services while utilizing Youth Advocate Programs mission and core principals. This professional will be available to provide services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, as part of an adjusted time schedule.
Each specialist is required to work a minimum 15-20 hour work week with a majority of these hours being billable or face-to-face intervention. The number of weekly hours of face-to-face intervention assigned to each family will be determined by case complexity and individual needs.
