The Family Support Worker (Grade 5) provides high-quality, child-centred support to children with disabilities and their families within Liverpool City Council's Early Help Short Breaks Service. The postholder works directly with vulnerable children, young people, parents, and carers to assess needs, coordinate short break provision, and promote positive outcomes that enhance family resilience, wellbeing, and independence.
