Family Worker & Youth Transition Worker - Greymouth

These hours will be split between two roles:

The purpose of this Community Family Worker role is to:

Provide individualised support, advocacy, case management and engage additional network connections for individuals and whanau, particularly those where family harm has occurred or is at risk of occurring, to promote mental and emotional wellbeing and enhance family relationships.
