Minimum Requirements
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in farm management, with exposure to general farm operations (livestock, land, infrastructure, and maintenance).
Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to service, maintain, and repair farm equipment, machinery, and engines.
Proven ability to manage farm maintenance, infrastructure, and equipment upkeep independently.

Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to take initiative and solve problems on the ground.
