Position Overview

            MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS 
 
Agricultural Qualification (preferably) 
Min of 5 years previous experience in similar role 
Experience with and understanding of Olive growing preferable 
Computer Literacy. 
Knowledge in Global GAP HACCP ISO 
Must be trustworthy, hands-on and a team player who enjoys working with high standards of excellence. 
Eager to learn 
Ability to drive the tractor and operate various implements (spray pump, ripper etc.) 
Effective verbal and written communication skills 
Ability to work with and motivate a team 
Valid drivers license 
 
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO 
 
Day-to-day leadership of the diverse team 
Orchard maintenance and management of olive trees (spraying, feeding, pruning, irrigation and harvesting)
