As Regional Manager, you will oversee 16-18 stores in the Gold Coast area, managing a mix of standalone stores and concessions. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing KPIs, and ensuring your stores deliver exceptional customer service. With a focus on team development, you'll empower store managers to achieve their goals and continuously elevate performance.
