Position Overview

            Mandatory experience in f&b restaurants with multiple outlets 
Regular Outlet audits and spot checks and also finding if any fraud n taking necessary actions 
Mandatory experience in the F&B or hospitality industry. 
Hands-on experience with Tevalis POS and inventory management system is mandatory. 
Strong knowledge of food costing, beverage costing, recipe costing, menu engineering, and inventory control. 
Experience conducting stock counts, variance analysis, and inventory reconciliation. 
Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly cost reports, identifying discrepancies and recommending corrective actions. 
Work closely with operations to improve portion control, reduce wastage, and optimize inventory levels. 
Strong understanding of COGS, GP margins, yield calculations, and cost optimization. 
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and reporting functions.
