F&B Supervisor – Job Description - Supervise daily F&B outlet operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Lead and coordinate service staff during daily operations
- Provide excellent customer service and handle customer enquiries professionally
- Assist in introducing food and beverage products to customers
- Monitor service quality, cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Prepare staff duty roster and manage manpower arrangement
- Support inventory control, stock ordering and replenishment
- Ensure compliance with company SOP and safety regulations
- Handle cashiering and basic outlet reporting when required
