Job Purpose Deliver exceptional front-of-house service to customers by ensuring a warm welcome, accurate order taking, and timely table service. Represent the restaurant's brand through professionalism and attentiveness.
Key Responsibilities - Greet guests, seat them according to availability and manage waiting lists during peak hours
- Present menu, explain daily specials, take and confirm orders clearly
- Serve food and beverages in proper sequence and temperature
- Clear and reset tables efficiently for next seating
- Operate POS for order entry and billing with accuracy
- Refill water, condiments, and table supplies proactively
- Participate in service briefings and product knowledge training
- Ensure all dining areas, pantry and stations are clean and organised
- Assist in monthly stock take and report low inventory items
- Follow all hygiene, food safety, and personal grooming standards
