• To perform daily food and beverage service tasking.
• To ensure cleaning task is done by ensuring all tables, chairs, plates and cutleries, machines, work area is clean and arranged neatly after each service accorded to cleaning tasking schedule.
• To set up and clear buffet counter complete with all necessary plateware, cutleries, cloths, utensils, food tags, menu of the day before operation start.
• To support in trayline for the set meal and delivery up to the guest floor.
• To ensure all F&B coverage is clean and tidy at all times.
• To support all paperwork and administrative matters as required.
• To ensure the uphold of grooming standard.

Job Requirement

• Minimum SPM or certificate in hospitality field.
• At least 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in F&B.
• Basic understanding of Chinese cuisine or confinement meals will be added advantage.
