To perform daily food and beverage service tasking.
To ensure cleaning task is done by ensuring all tables, chairs, plates and cutleries, machines, work area is clean and arranged neatly after each service accorded to cleaning tasking schedule.
To set up and clear buffet counter complete with all necessary plateware, cutleries, cloths, utensils, food tags, menu of the day before operation start.
To support in trayline for the set meal and delivery up to the guest floor.
To ensure all F&B coverage is clean and tidy at all times.
To support all paperwork and administrative matters as required.
To ensure the uphold of grooming standard.
Job Requirement
Minimum SPM or certificate in hospitality field.
At least 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in F&B.
Basic understanding of Chinese cuisine or confinement meals will be added advantage.
