Purpose of Role
To guide and train the F&B service expert by 12 months cross training among different operation venues to be qualified as a F&B service expert Team Leader position. (Cross training venues including the Seasons by olivier e., YEN, Banquet Service, In-Room Dining, Bars - YEN Bar, and WOOBAR/WET Bar, total 5 venues)
Responsibly Description
Take orders for and serve all food and beverage requests, using suggestive selling techniques. Perform as per SOS (sequence of service in different venues and shifts). Demonstrate Whatever/Whenever attitude in response to guest request. Control guest checks and secure proper payment. Set up station and table to ensure they are complete.
