• To assist F&B Manager in daily operations front of house in managing customer satisfaction and services;
• Responsible to ensure high standard of customer service, staff performance, hygiene and overall restaurant standard;
• Supervise daily operations;
• Train front of house team;
• Monitor staff performance;
• Receive and store deliveries, rotate stock (FIFO);
• Adhere to sanitation, HACCP, and safety policies;
• Report equipment or hazard issues;
• Other task as and when assigned.

Requirement:

• SPM/Diploma;
• Minimum 5 years of related working experience.
