About the Role

An opportunity has arisen for a Supervisor ( Sunset Lounge ) position to join our Food & Beverage Department in Jumeirah Mallorca.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the Sunset Lounge outlet, ensuring service standards and Jumeirah brand guidelines are consistently upheld across all shifts.
• Deliver attentive, personalised guest experiences by anticipating needs, addressing complaints promptly, and fostering positive guest relationships.
• Provide hands‑on supervision, coaching, and real‑time support to the team to maintain high performance, safety, and operational standards.
• Monitor service flow, food & beverage presentation quality, and guest satisfaction to ensure a seamless and memorable outlet experience.
