You lead by example by always providing a high level of anticipative service to guests and focusing on quality and detail. You purposely create a culture of training and team work which encourages your team to strive to excel.

**Qualifications:**

The successful candidate will meet the following criteria,

1. A Diploma or Degree in hospitality or similar
2. Previous experience in a similar role in a 5 star restaurant
3. Self motivated and outgoing personality, enjoy working as part of a team
