Customer complaints
- Effectively manage and enhance the customer complaint handling process of the Company to be compliant with the FCPA requirements as well as to assist the Company in achieving its business targets through attractive products and servcies to customers.

Internal control activities
- Thoroughly review requests from customers or data requests from external parties to check compliance with the FCPA and/or other law regulations and handle them properly; Also, perform regular/irregular control activites as guided by CCO.

Regulator Affairs
- Clear understand the regulations of external organizations related to the Company. Based on the understanding, support the improvement of the necessary regulations and processes through smooth communication with internal colleagues
