**The Federal Critical Operations Technician I (COT) is responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical, mechanical, and plumbing/piping systems and controls throughout the facility. This role monitors building operations and performs routine assessments of system performance. Responsibilities include conducting tests, rounds, and data analysis to ensure equipment functions properly. The technician also supports customers on the Data Center floor, both in person and via phone, by installing equipment, managing service tickets, escalating alerts, and assisting with hardware, software, and operating system tasks. This role is onsite, supporting a 24/7/365 data center environment and is not eligible for remote or hybrid work.**
